St Andrew's is dedicated to providing innovative, specialist mental health care. We have four regional sites in the UK.

Our headquarters are in Northampton, which is also home to the National Brain Injury Centre and a range of services for men, women and young people. Our newest facility, William Wake House in Northampton, opened in December 2010.

Our well-established low secure unit in Essex provides regional services for men and women. St Andrew's Birmingham, opened in March 2009 and St Andrew's Nottinghamshire, a purpose built 70-bed facility opened in September 2010.

Our existing buildings provide high standard facilities which directly support patient care and recovery. Our buildings have won awards for their design, and our Northampton site is rich in 19th century architecture. St Andrew's Chapel in Northampton was designed by Sir Gilbert Scott, the famous Victorian gothic architect, who is probably best known for the design of St Pancras Station.
